Abortion Recovery Care & Helpline (ARCH) is employing a full-time* Operations Administrator to join our team based in Glasgow.
 

ARCH is dedicated to promoting the emotional and psychological well-being of service users, by the provision of counselling and support to women, men and families after abortion. 

At ARCH we know abortion hurts, that’s why we’re here. The Operations Administrator we’re looking for will understand this and share our passion for supporting those who are struggling. Ourselves and our service users value excellent listening skills, a compassionate disposition and a place they can open up confidentially and without judgement.

The role includes a variety of administrative tasks. Duties of the Operations Administrator include providing support to the Director and Counsellors, assisting in daily admin needs and assisting with the running of our Helpline, which includes liaising with our volunteer Befrienders. A very important aspect of the job is answering calls and emails from our service users, giving them initial support and more information about our services.
