Support Groups

We aim to build a network of support groups. We are launching one in Nottingham in April 2026, building on our established group in Glasgow. We hope to expand to London and other areas in the near future. These groups create a safe place for women to share their stories, thoughts, feelings, difficulties, and what helps - in a compassionate, non-judgemental and confidential setting.

The group is facilitated by a Qualified Therapist and a co-facilitator and is free of charge. If you are six months or more* post abortion, would like to find out more and discuss whether it may be helpful, please get in touch with clare@archtrust.org.uk.

The women's post-abortion support group is currently running February - June 2026 and intake is closed for this block.
